The University of East Anglia invited Nigerian students to apply
for its Allan and Nesta Ferguson Scholarship, worth £30,357.
The scholarship provides stipends of £9,157 (N10.4 million) and a tuition waiver of £21,200 (N24.2 million). The deadline for applications is April 19. A growing number of Nigerian students aspire to study overseas, making this one of the new scholarship chances. The institution has identified Nigeria as one of the nations whose nationals are eligible to apply, and Nigeria is one of the countries that can apply.
Applications for the 2024 scholarship must be submitted by
April 19 and are only available to postgraduate students in the UK. The
selected scholars' living expenses and visa costs are covered by the scholarship.
”The Allan
and Nesta Ferguson Scholarships are available to international students who
have applied to study a full-time one-year Master’s course in the School of
Global Development at UEA.
“Each
scholarship will fund the student’s international tuition fees and provide them
with a maintenance grant of £9,157 so that they can live in the UK and be able
to cover the costs of living/ travel/ visa.
“This
scholarship will be awarded based on financial need to applicants from
any listed countries. To be considered for this scholarship, you will
need to apply by submitting an application form by 19 April 2024,” the school
disclosed.
