Virgin atlantic airline has announced it's plans to resume flights from Lagos to London’s Heathrow Airport on 24th August, 2020.
The London base declared in a statement on Monday that international flights from Nigeria’s busiest airport would be operated on its new A350-1000 aircraft and will provide connections to different destinations in the U.S.
The airline also says it will resume flights to 16 other destinations around the world.
Services will resume to New York, Los Angeles and Hong Kong From 20th July. Then, from 1st August, we will resume flights to 17 additional destinations around the world including Tel Aviv, Atlanta, Mumbai, Las Vegas and Lagos on August 24.
"As countries around the world begin to relax travel restrictions, we look forward to welcoming our customers back on board and flying them safely to many destinations across our network." Juha Jarvinen, the Chief Commercial Officer of Virgin Atlantic said.
