The Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has revealed that only two categories of flights will be allowed to operate in the country.
In an All Operators Letter signed by the NCAA Director General, Musa Nuhu, it was revealed that only emergency and essential fights will be allowed to operate in the country.
It was also made known that reopening of the airspace has been postponed until further notice.
NCAA had initially announced that the airport would be reopened for domestic flights today, June 21, but the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19 said it is not safe to do so.
A new date will be announced after proper assessment of the situation and meeting with stakeholders.
