Not less than 261 stranded Nigerians have been evacuated from the UK. The Nigerians in Diaspora Commission said.
According to NiDCOM, the evacuees arrived at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja at 19hour, 7 pm on Tuesday, July 14.
The evacuees which were supposed to arrive in the country on Monday were airlifted by Wamos Air Partner on Tuesday as Nigeria's AirPeace was not granted landing right by the UK government.

All Evacuees tested Negative to #COVID19 before boarding and are now on a 14-day self- isolation as mandated by PTF on #COVID-19
