The remains of Nigerian's first female combat helicopter pilot Tolulope Arotile has been laid to rest with full military honors in Abuja today Thursday, July 23.
Flying Officer Arotile, died following head injuries sustained when her former classmate at Airforce Secondary School accidentally hit her on Monday, July 14.
A 21 gun salute was accorded to the slain late flying officer before her remains were buried at the National Military Cemetery, located at the Airport Road, Abuja.
May the soul of the departed rest in peace.
