A baby born on an Egyptian flight has won a free flight ticket for life.
The Egyptian airplane was flying from London to Cairo last Wednesday, 16 September when the Yemeni woman, Hiyam Nasr Naji Daaban suddenly fell into labor.
The plane was said to be passing through Germany's airspace when the flight's captain was informed that a pregnant woman on board was in pain. The captain immediately requested an emergency landing in Munich, Germany but the woman gave birth before the plane could land.
The uncommon occurrence which landed Daaban gifts of motherhood also won a plane lottery for the newborn baby as the carrier rewarded her with free lifetime travel, aboard Egypt Air.
