German national carrier Lufthansa has finally resumed its Lagos Frankfurt flight services after eight months of suspension due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The carrier which will resume Lagos operations on the 8 December says it will be operating 5 weekly non-stop flight services from Frankfurt to Lagos when the operations commence fully on December 8.
The management of the airline expresses gladness upon receiving the final permission for the reopening of the Nigeria market which is the key marketplace for the airline in Africa.
The carrier also announced that LH594 will be the flight number that will be resuming connections between Frankfurt and Abuja with three weekly flights.
The airline further stated that it is committed to maintaining strict adherence to hygiene regulations for all flights as the health and safety of passengers will be its top priority.
