From Sunday afternoon, travelers from the countries which include: The UAE, USA, UK, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Portugal, Sweeden, Switzerland, France, and Japan will only be required to go through institutional quarantine upon arriving in the kingdom of Saudi Arabi.
The decision to unban these countries follows the stability in the epidemiological scene and effective pandemic-controlling efforts in the countries,
The reports have it that visitors coming into Saudi Arabia will only be required to undergo a seven-day mandatory quarantine period at their own expense, starting from the day of arrival, at one of the kingdom's quarantine facilities. And on the seventh day, they must take a PCR test, after which they will be allowed to leave quarantine if it comes out negative.
