Pilot distress call indicates that plane lost engines before crash.

Not less than 38 people have died in Pakistan plane crash. Pakistan's Aviation Ministry said the flight from Lahore was carrying 99 passengers and eight crew members.

However, it's unclear yet if the 38 victims were all onboard the plane or people who may have been hit at the scene of the crash.
