FG had on June 15 suspended the airline indefinitely for violating restrictions placed on interstate movement and closure of airports at the time.
The flight at the time was also approved for another purpose, which is to convey a serving judge from Lagos to Abuja and back to Lagos for an official assignment.
Nigeria's Minister of Aviation, Hadi Sirika, announced the lifting of the ban placed on Executive Jets Services Limited at the briefing on the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19 on Monday 28 July in Abuja.
