The management of the Air Peace airline has said that the carrier will soon start regular commercial flights from Lagos to Johannesburg in South Africa.
The airline said the Lagos-Johannesburg flight would be the second International flight after Dubai flagged off in 2019. Saying, the step is in line with keeping its vision to provide seamless connectivity across the cities and countries. The carrier will be operating three weekly flight services as soon as it begins Lagos-Johannesburg-Lagos operations.
According to the spokesman of Airpeace airlines, Stanley Olisa, South Africa is one of the destinations that has been designated to the airline, by the Federal Government, and the South African route has always been on the radar of Air Peace as the carrier continues to review its network routes.
The carrier has made huge progress in meeting the requirements of the aviation authorities in both South Africa and Nigeria to enable it to launch flight operations into the South African country before the end of the year.
Apart from South Africa, Air Peace has also been designated to operate commercial flights into Mumbai, London, Guangzhou-China, and Houston as it continues to expand its works. The spokesman added.
