No viewer than 460 passengers has been banned by Delta airlines for not wearing a face mask.
Delta airline reportedly banned the passengers from flying the airline after they refused to wear a face mask onboard.
According to Delta Airlines CEO Ed Bastian while addressing the employees on Thursday said, the passengers were added to the carrier's no-fly list, saying that wearing a mask is a requirement of the company amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Bastian added that "Wearing a mask is among the simplest and most effective actions we can take to reduce transmission, which is why Delta has long required them for our customers and our people."
Bastian further stated that the pandemic has taken a deep economic toll on the airline companies, with depleting interest in air travel, adding that the pandemic must get under control if Delta must elevate funds.
