Africa World Airlines has announced the resumption of its Accra - Lagos flight operations after it canceled all its scheduled flights on Wednesday, 21 October due to the endSARS protest by the Nigerian youths.
A statement released by the airline says, "following partial relaxation of curfew, AWA plans to resume flight operations between Accra and Lagos on Sunday October, 25."
"Nonetheless, passengers booked until 31, October may reschedule such flights to a future date without any charges." It stated.
The Accra based carrier suspended all its Lagos route flights on Wednesday 21, October following a 24-hour curfew imposed by the Lagos state Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu due to the endSARS protest across the country.
