Kenya Airways has announced the resumption of Nairobi-New York direct flights from October 29, 2020.
The carrier said the resumption will be gradual as it plans to commence the operation with two weekly flight services, which will be Wednesdays and Sundays on the Nairobi-New York route, before increasing the frequency to three times weekly, which will include Fridays.
"We look forward to hosting you onboard our flights to your favorite destinations when you are ready to travel," the airline said.
The national carrier which suspended all its operations in March due to the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic has since August resumed operations and will be expandading its operatiions to the New York later in October.
