Air Peace has announced the commencement of flight operations from Ibadan.
According to the reports, the commencement of flight operations by the Air Peace airline is part of the determination of the Oyo State government to improve the standard of Ibadan Airport.
The Oyo State government led by His Excellency, Engineer Seyi Makinde who also made this known says it has facilitated the commencement of flights from Ibadan by Air Peace Airlines.
The reports also have it that the airline has decided to add Ibadan to its existing routes following the encouragement it received from Governor Seyi Makinde.
The operation of Air Peace Airline from Ibadan is expected to start from the 16th of August 2021. Air Peace had already flagged off the Ibadan ticket sales in all its outlets as flight bookings have been made available by the carrier.
“Air Peace Airlines is commencing operations into Ibadan on the 16th of August. It will run Abuja to Ibadan and back to Abuja.” The carrier stated.
