Qatar Airways has been named the global partner and official airline of formula 1(F1) the pinnacle of motorsport and the world’s most technologically-advanced racing series.
According to a statement made by the airline's media representative in Nigeria, Qatar Airways and F1 will work together through the 2027 season to delight fans around the world with thrilling speeds. At a recent event that brought amazing entertainment and spectacular guests to Doha, the airline announced an extension of its sports partnership portfolio.
In addition to the
international alliance, Qatar Airlines will serve as the year's three Grands
Prix's Title Sponsor.
The three events are the Qatar Airlines Qatar Grand Prix (6-8 October), the Qatar Airways Hungary Grand Prix (22-23 July), and the Qatar Airways Emilia Romagna Grand Prix (19-21 May). With 23 races spread across 21 nations and five continents this season, Formula 1's racing schedule is the most international it has ever been. This reflects the motorsport's quickly expanding global presence and the robust global connectivity provided by the Qatar Airways oneworld Alliance, which offers service to over 150 nations.
