Qatar Airways has announced that flights to
Birmingham, England will resume on July 6, 2023, and will operate throughout the
summer.
The 254-seat Boeing 787-8 will have 232 seats in economy class and 22 in business class. For visitors to the British Grand Prix, which will be held on July 9, 2023, at the storied Silverstone track, this resumption will come at a convenient moment.
Birmingham is a major industrial and economic
hub in the UK and is well-known for its historical landmarks, including the
Jewellery Quarter, the Bullring, the National Exhibition Center, and the
Silverstone racetrack. In addition, it is the location of the National
Exhibition Centre, which hosts thousands of tourists annually, and the
Bullring, one of Europe's biggest shopping malls. Fans may take advantage of
the new Qatar Airways route by traveling to the Silverstone circuit from the
city of Birmingham, which is conveniently situated in the middle of the UK and
within four hours of 90% of the country.

Every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday, the QR33 flight leaves the Hamad International Airport at 8:05 and arrives in Birmingham at 13:15. Leaving Hamad International Airport at 02:20 on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, QR35 reaches Birmingham at 07:30. Leaving Birmingham at 14:45 and arriving in Doha at 23:40 on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays is the QR34. The QR36 flight travels from Birmingham to Doha every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at a time of 09:00.
