1, 2021, and September 30, 2021, having existing fingerprints on file with the
Department, and maintaining valid H-1B status with an unexpired petition.
The domestic H-1B visa renewal pilot program focuses on
major applicants and their dependents, not their dependents. Standard
operating procedures and staff training are required, and applicants must
qualify for a waiver of in-person interviews and fingerprinting for biometric vetting.
In the United States, no proof of residency is necessary. The application
