Air France Sets To Resume Flights To Israel

Air France has announced that it will begin offering three weekly flights from Paris-Charles de Gaulle to Israel on January 24. The flights will depart on Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday.

Following the Gaza war in October, flights from European carriers to Israel were banned. Following the restoration of flights to Israel by Lufthansa Group airlines on January 8, Air France started operating to Tel Aviv again. Nevertheless, KLM, the sibling airline of Air France, halted operations from Amsterdam to Tel Aviv indefinitely. The safety of the crew and passengers came first at Air France.

“The airline is constantly monitoring the geopolitical situation in the areas served and overflown by its aircraft to ensure the highest level of flight safety,” the airline stated.
