Moroccan's flag carrier, Roya Air Maroc (RAM) has announced its plans to commence Abuja flight operations starting 23rd June 2024, and also resume Manchester and Napoli flights
According to the airline, the operations from Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja will be three weekly flights Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.
The Casablanca base carrier also disclosed that it will resume Manchester flights that were halted some years back and Napoli flights. With a stopover in Casablanca, Air Maroc will be operating flights from Lagos and Abuja to Manchester, Napoli and its other destinations.
The carrier noted that the connection time for flights from Lagos to New York City has been reduced to 2 hours 45 minutes from the previous 6 hours. The connection time to Montreal, Canada has also been reduced to 3 hours 45 minutes instead of the previous 7 hours.
Air Maroc is the national carrier of Morocco and the majority is owned by the government. The carrier has been consistent in its services to Nigeria since its inception.
