The Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has instructed airlines to allow incoming passengers who are unable to complete online payment for the COVID-19 repeat test onboard.
This follows passengers' complaints about difficulties with the use of the online platform for uploading information.
NCAA said airlines can board incoming passengers without Quick Response codes (QR codes) provided they have a valid COVID-19 negative PCR result.
NCAA further stated that passengers who are unable to complete online payment for the COVID-19 repeat test required will pay for the test upon arrival in Nigeria.
