Rwanda's national carrier, RwandAir has announced its decision to resume Lagos flight operations from Friday, 18 September 2020.
RwandAir resumes back Nigeria's operations after six months the federal government announced the closure of its airspace to curb the spread of the coronavirus pandemic.
The carrier which had already resumed passengers' flight services to the Federal Capital Territory Abuja, on the 14 September, says it has concluded plans to resume three weekly flights to the nation's busiest airport, Murtala Muhammed International Airport Lagos.
“Nigeria is a key market for us, we’ve just started so we’ll be monitoring the traffic.” The airline’s chief executive officer Yvonne Manzi Makolo, said in a statement.
