Germany has announced that all visitors coming to the country are required to submit a negative Covid-19 test result before boarding.
The German Federal Ministry of Health says, regardless of which risk area passengers are traveling from, they must undergo the same measures.
The Ministry of Health explains further that the swab on which the Coronavirus test is based should not be older than 48 hours,
The new regulations which have taken effect from the 30th of March will last until May 12, 2021. However, The Federal Ministry of Health Emphasized that the requirements apply to air travelers only and no one should be forced to undergo a Coronavirus test. But the airline companies are allowed only to carry passengers that present a negative test result.
