Turkey National carrier, Turkish Airlines has on Wednesday announced that overseas travelers will not be affected by the current lockdown in the country.
Turkey Present, Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Monday announced a 3-week national lockdown to curb the growing effect of the coronavirus cases.
Travelers who plan to come from overseas or travel overseas do not need a travel permit during the lockdown. Turkish Airline says. Turkey has imposed the lockdown from Thursday and will last until May 17.
"Travelers will be able to travel by presenting their travel documents to their foreign flights during check-in and to make their journey pleasing with the terms and conditions of the country, they are traveling to." The Airline stated.
