Royal Air Maroc is significantly altering its summer schedule and will offer over 6 million seats in the upcoming months to satisfy the heaviest summer travel demand.
These seats will be available on 90 destinations worldwide, helping the oneworld airline expand its summer network. To assist the airline in achieving its objective, certain aircraft will be chartered from other businesses.
Due to a recovery in business and
leisure travel, the carrier has improved its flight schedule for most destinations. Also, more passengers are traveling, especially in the region,
thanks to new connections like Tel Aviv and Dubai. This is a result of new
routes, like those to Tel Aviv and Dubai, as well as lines that were previously
closed during the COVID-19 issue.
According to reports, Royal Air Maroc
Chairman and CEO Hamid Addou discussed the airline's summer flying plan.
“At a time when our sector is recovering a very positive dynamic,
making this summer of 2023 a success in terms of operational efficiency and
quality of service is a major challenge for all of Royal Air Maroc's staff.”
More than 2.3 million tickets from Royal Air Maroc are now available
for travel inside the continent. The carrier will expand its continental
network with a global network of 26 flight routes and 901,800 seats. The
airline is expanding the ten regularly scheduled routes linking Tangier, Nador,
and Oujda to European locations, including six more direct flights.
Six aircraft from reputable manufacturers are being rented by the airline to
expand its fleet, and it is also giving staff members resources to satisfy
client demand.
