US: Registrations for H- 1B Visa 2024 to End March 17

The US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has announced that the application process for an H-1B visa which started on March 1 will end on March 17, 2023.

The online H-1B registration platform for the immigration department, myUSCIS, has been available for petitioners and representatives to complete and submit their registrations. Employers interested in applying must first register with US Citizenship and Immigration Services (UCIS). After successful registration, the UCIS will assign a confrontation number to each registration. The given number will only be utilized to track registrations; it will not be used to access Case Status Online to check the status of any cases.

"Prospective H-1B cap-subject petitioners or their representatives are required to use a myUSCIS online account to electronically register each beneficiary for the selection process and pay the associated $10 H-1B registration fee for each registration submitted on behalf of each beneficiary," the department stated.

Interested applicants can still key to the opportunity and register before the deadline date. To register, create a myUSCIC account to apply for registration, use a "registrant" account, wait until March 1 to add beneficiary information, submit a registration cost of $10 for each beneficiary, and update, prepare, and store data as a draft through the account until the final payment. By March 31, the US authorities will inform account holders of their final decision. Your official and thorough petitions must be submitted to the USCIS within 90 days of gaining approval to be considered for processing.

The most important details in the H-1B visa application are the sponsoring company information, employer identification number, official name of the beneficiary employee, gender and date of birth, country of birth and citizenship, and passport details. The sponsoring company must provide the employer identification number (EIN) of the sponsoring company, and the employee must provide their official name and passport number.
