The Royal Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has granted
VFS Global permission to provide visa and residency permit services in 52
countries globally.
This arrangement cements VFS Global's position as the Norwegian Government's only provider in regions including the Americas, Australasia, China & Hong Kong, Europe & CIS, Middle East & North Africa, Russia, Belarus & Armenia, and South Asia.
VFS Global will handle applications for Norwegian visas and residence permits in 52 countries, including Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Dominican Republic, USA, Australia, China & Hong Kong, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Russia, Serbia, Ukraine, Algeria, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Cameroon, Egypt, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Nigeria, Senegal, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda Camer. VFS Global does not participate in decision-making and has no knowledge of the embassy/consulate's final conclusions.
VFS Global has won its seventh global contract for the
Government of Norway, demonstrating the company's commitment to providing
high-quality services around the world. Since 2014, the business has managed
approximately 1.5 million applications on behalf of Norway. The Norwegian
Ministry of Foreign Affairs anticipates a seamless and professional engagement,
highlighting the existing partnership's effectiveness and fruitfulness. VFS
Global was recently appointed to operate the UK Government's visa and passport
services in 142 countries, as well as a biometric collection service mandate
with Australia and a visa service contract renewal with Sweden.
