QATAR AIRWAYS INCREASES US DESTINATIONS AND FLIGHTS.

Qatar Airways has expanded its US network by adding four weekly flights to its Atlanta route. This has increased its destination to 12 and more than 85 weekly flights.


The increase in frequency which will take effect on the 1st of June, 2021 will be marking the full return of the carrier after the pandemic. It also means that the carrier has exceeded its original US network before the pandemic.

The airline will also be adding to its Boston, Miami, New York, Philadelphia, San Francisco, and Seattle frequency, offering more flexible travel options for its passengers to more than 85 weekly flights across the United States.

The increase in operational services will also provide increase connectivity to several other destinations including Cape Town, Maldives, Seychelles, and Zanzibar, as well as other key Africa, Asia, and the Middle East destinations.

According to Qatar Airways Group Chief Executive, H E Akbar Al Baker, “Despite the challenges of the pandemic, Qatar Airways has remained committed to its passengers and trade partners in the United States, maintaining continuous services while rebuilding its U.S. network and launching two new destinations - San Francisco and Seattle. We have also strengthened our presence in the U.S. through strategic partnerships with Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, and JetBlue that have enabled us to connect to more points in the United States than any other airline, providing U.S. travelers the most convenient way to travel internationally this summer."
