Lockdown ends in Oman.
Oman in January announced the resumption of international travel to and from the country for the second time after it closed it in December. On the 23rd of February, Oman announced that it will not allow visitors from 10 countries to enter the country as part of its precautionary measure to further curb the spread of the virus. The countries are. Sudan. Lebanon, South Africa, Brazil, Nigeria, Tanzania, Ghana, Guinea, Sierra Leone, and Ethiopia. And later introduced a seven-day hotel quarantine requirement for all arrivals from February 15 to control the spread of infection.
It later released a press statement that travelers who have been to any of those destinations in the 14 days prior to arriving in Oman will also be refused entry while Omani citizens, diplomats, health workers, and their families are exempted.
