Spain has implemented new immigration regulations for foreigners in the country.
The newly implemented regulations are to make it easier for foreigners to live and work in Spain. These have already come into effect on July 27, 2022, with the intention of lowering the requirements for work permits for foreign nationals residing in Spain. The Spanish government declared that a more streamlined procedure would make it simpler for foreigners to obtain a work visa.
Corporate Immigration Partners claims that foreign nationals who lack the required legal documentation to reside in Spain will also be subject to the recently enacted reform procedures.
According to Corporate Immigration Partners'
statement, "The update will reduce work permit requirements for foreign
national workers who currently reside in Spain. These measures will also apply
to foreign nationals who now do not hold the necessary legal documents to live
in Spain. "
Students from non-EU nations will be allowed to work while attending school in Spain. Foreign nationals who have worked for at least six months will be able to enroll in training programs. After enrolling in these training programs, foreign nationals can seek permanent residency. The major goal of the initiatives is to help fill openings in understaffed industries like agriculture, farming, and hospitality. The new initiatives will primarily aid in filling open positions in fields like agriculture, farming, and hospitality that are currently understaffed.
